We stoped with our motorbike for a Mocha and some cakes. Great place. 14 years the owner is there. You need to stop, home made everything and delicious. Very warm and kind people. Highly recommend. We will come back for sure.

Excellent late lunch spot with fantastic staff, a great menu and excellent food. It makes _such_ a difference when the people taking the orders, serving etc. are real people with real personalities: it was great! Anything to take it up another notch? Hmm. If I had to be picky to the extreme, I might say that it could be worth slicing the sausages in half lengthwise to reduce their opportunity to make a bid for freedom out of the far side of the sandwich, but, hey, it's not what you'd call important!

Lovely friendly cafe on the A68 great menu, food was lovely and filling. There was a friendly atmosphere in the cafe, staff were welcoming and helpful. The toilet were clean and tidy, covid restrictions were in place for safety. Large free carpark, stunning views from the cafe with large floor to ceiling picture windows. A1

Great stop off the A68 southbound (access is trickier northbound, I'm sure you'll be fine) into a large gravel car park. The wait to be seated on entry wasn't long at all, browse the menu at your table then order and pay at the counter-3 or 4 hanging around waiting for their take out. Plenty of polite staff with a tips jar at the till. Not a long wait for our bacon rolls on a Sunday afternoon, but there are notices on the table reminding you that others may be waiting for a seat. Windows overlooking the Forth etc. if you can get a good spot.

I went for the Soup and Sandwich combo. Delicious Chicken and Mushroom soup with Tuna and Red Onion sandwich on brown bread. 11.50. Lovely views over East Lothian

What a wonderful find. This cafe was recommended by a friend. The fantastic home baking included cream cakes, imperial biscuits, assorted scones, fruit slice, shortbread and lots more, baked to perfection. Breakfast is available and snacks for lunch. The coffee was really good and the service friendly. The views over the surrounding countryside were fabulous. What a fabulous restaurant!.
